We strive to deliver exceptional services in website design, development, and digital solutions. Due to the nature of our work, we adhere to a strict no-refund policy.
All services provided by Firmtable are custom-tailored to meet the specific needs of each project. Since our services involve dedicated time, effort, and resources, the Client acknowledges that payments reflect the value of services rendered, including planning, design, and development stages.
By proceeding with any service contract or agreement with Firmtable, the Client agrees to these terms and acknowledges the finality of all transactions.
Once payment for our services is made, it is considered final. Firmtable does not offer refunds under any circumstances, regardless of the status or progress of the project. This applies to all payments, whether made in full or through instalments.
If the Client chooses to terminate the agreement after payment, no reimbursement will be issued. Termination by the Client does not entitle them to any partial or full refunds of payments made. Firmtable upholds a no-refund policy upon cancellation initiated by the Client.
