Scope of Service Policy:

No-Code Service Provider

We specialize in no-code solutions, building websites, apps, and automations without traditional coding by leveraging innovative platforms.

Website Design and Development

Our expertise includes designing and developing full-fledged websites using no-code platforms, ensuring seamless integration with the resources provided by you or third-party services.

Landing Page Development

We create high-converting landing pages designed for specific campaigns, ensuring an optimized user experience and focused calls to action.

No-Code Apps

We develop no-code apps for internal business use, streamlining operations and improving efficiency without the need for custom coding.

Workflow Automation

We offer workflow automation solutions, automating repetitive tasks like lead capture, appointment booking, and course enrollment to save time and boost productivity.

Website Care Services

We provide ongoing website care, including maintenance, support, and content updates, to keep your site up-to-date and running smoothly.

Pre-Built Themes and Plugins

We enhance your website’s functionality using a wide range of pre-built themes and plugins suited to your needs.

Additional Services

In addition to these offerings, we provide other services as outlined in the specific proposal and contract shared with each client.

Payment Policy:

Payment Terms:

– The client agrees to pay FirmTable the amount specified in the Project Contract.
– All payments are inclusive of applicable taxes and levies.

Invoice and Payment Timeline

– FirmTable will submit an invoice based on the agreed terms of the project.
– Payment is due within seven (7) working days from the date of the invoice.

Payment Methods

– Accepted payment methods: NEFT, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, and Netbanking.
– Cash transactions are not accepted.
– Payments via cheque must be deposited directly into FirmTable’s bank account.
– Extra charges may apply for payments made via Credit or Debit cards.

Consulting Fees

– The consulting fee is ₹1500 (inclusive of 18% GST).

Annual Service Fee Increase

– All service fees (Website Development, Consulting, Hosting, Care Plan, Software & Integration services) are subject to a 10-20% increase with each new financial year.

Non-Responsiveness

– If the client remains non-responsive for over 45 days after payment, the contract will be terminated, and the payment will be non-refundable. However, the client may initiate a new contract within six (6) months or by the end of the financial year, whichever is nearer. A 20% consultancy fee will be deducted from the original payment, and the remaining amount will be adjusted with the new invoice.
– After six (6) months, no adjustment or refund will be made.

Integration Delays

– If FirmTable completes website development, but there is a delay in third-party approval for integration, the client must still settle all outstanding dues.
– FirmTable will proceed with the integration once approval is obtained.

Refund Policy

– FirmTable does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
– Once a transaction is completed, no reimbursements will be issued, and if the client cancels the agreement, no refunds will be provided.

Maintenance Plan after Four Months

– If the client opts for a maintenance plan after four months from website deployment or after client-initiated changes, an inspection fee of ₹1500 will be charged before subscribing to the maintenance plan.

Late Payment Penalty

– If the client fails to clear dues within 30 working days of website completion, FirmTable reserves the right to unpublish the website.
– To republish the website, a late fee of ₹3000, along with the balance due, will be charged.

Support Terms:

No Call & WhatsApp Support:

  • All support requests will now be handled exclusively via email through a ticketing system.
  • Applies to all clients, regardless of their care plan.

Support, Billing, and Content Updates:

  • All inquiries related to support, billing, or content updates must be submitted via email.
  • This ensures that every request is properly tracked and managed in an organized manner.

Response Times:

  • Care Plan Clients: Response within 24 hours or less.
  • Non-Care Plan Clients: Response within 48 hours.

Support Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 11 AM to 6 PM (all clients).
  • Saturday: 11 AM to 4 PM (Care Plan clients only).
  • Excluding holidays.

Content & Website Updates:

  • Turnaround time for content and website updates will be between 24 to 48 hours.

Third-Party Support:

  • We are responsible solely for development services. Any issues related to plugins, themes, hosting, domains, or third-party integrations depend on the respective providers.
  • We are not responsible for any delays, bugs, or required plan upgrades from third-party services.
  • Additionally, if a service, feature, or support is discontinued or removed by third-party providers, we are not liable for the impact this may have on your website.
  • All content provided by the Client for the website remains their intellectual property. Firmtable will not modify or claim ownership over any content without explicit consent from the Client.

  • Firmtable will place a hyperlink at the bottom of the website, crediting Firmtable as the designer. Clients may request the removal of this credit, subject to their chosen plan’s terms and an additional one-time fee of ₹4,999.

  • Upon completion of the project and full payment of dues, the Client will have exclusive ownership of the website, including the domain and hosting. Firmtable will relinquish all access and credentials post-delivery.

Design Revision Policy:

Revisions After First Draft

We welcome design revisions after the first draft, as outlined in the Project Contract, to ensure your vision is realized. For any changes requested after the project is delivered, we are happy to accommodate them, though they may incur additional charges.

Expanding Beyond the Original Scope

If you’re looking to add new pages or explore a redesign beyond the original agreement, we can accommodate those enhancements. These will be treated as additional services and may require extra charges.

Content Quality and Design

The quality of your website’s design is closely tied to the content you provide. High-quality content helps us ensure the best possible outcome for your website’s appearance and overall user experience.

Efficient Change Requests

To streamline the revision process, we kindly ask that all change requests be communicated together. This helps us deliver your updates faster and more efficiently, minimizing any potential delays.

  • Firmtable uses original free resources and plugins for website design and development.

  • Any additional professional or paid plugins required by the Client will incur extra charges.
  • Websites will be developed on WordPress, Shopify, or Wix (no-code platforms).

  • Certain advanced features available on highly coded websites may not be possible due to the limitations of these platforms.
  • Firmtable will have managerial and administrative access to the website for support, bug fixes, and future modifications. The Client can terminate this access at any time.

  • To facilitate domain and hosting purchases, Firmtable requires access to the Client’s Gmail account. This access is strictly for testing and optimization and will not be misused.

  • Firmtable reserves the right to use the Client’s logo on its website and in its portfolio.
  • Firmtable ensures that the website will be delivered per the agreed specifications. Once the project is completed, Firmtable is not liable for any subsequent issues, including but not limited to domain, hosting, third-party services, or website speed.

  • The Client is responsible for maintaining the website after handover. Any client-side changes to plugins, designs, or features absolve Firmtable of further responsibility.

  • Firmtable does not guarantee the security or reliability of themes, plugins, domains, or hosting provided by third-party authors.
  • The Client is responsible for providing all necessary content within 7 to 10 working days of the advance payment. Failure to provide content within this timeframe will invalidate the original delivery timelines.

  • Once content is submitted and published on the website, no changes can be made.
  • Firmtable does not claim responsibility for the integration process or account activation with third-party channels. The Client must ensure integration verification and approval.

  • Firmtable may assist with integration but is not the point of contact for any third-party services.
  • Maintenance services will be provided per the Project Contract from the day of delivery. After the complimentary period ends, maintenance charges will apply as per updated plans.

  • If the Client opts for maintenance more than four months after website deployment, a ₹1,500 inspection fee will be charged.

  • Communication between Firmtable and the Client will be conducted through a single point of contact for efficient coordination.

  • In the event of overdue payments exceeding 30 working days after completion, Firmtable reserves the right to unpublish the website and charge a late fee of ₹3,000, in addition to the outstanding balance.
  • Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice or email. Upon termination, Firmtable will deliver all in-progress and completed work. Development fees are non-refundable.
  • If the Client fails to make the advance payment within seven (7) working days of signing, the contract will automatically terminate.

  • Non-responsiveness exceeding 45 days will result in contract termination, and payments will be non-refundable.
